Green Egg Grill drawing will be February 28^th during the ballgames.

Mandatory Cheerleader meeting will be Tuesday, February 28^th at 6:00 in the cafetorium.  Parent and child must attend.

February 13-17

I hope everyone had a great weekend! Here are a few announcements for this week.

Students remind parents no one is to receive Valentine flowers, stuffed animal, etc. from parents, grandparents, etc. at school on Valentine Day.  Have them sent to your homes.  This includes teachers as well. 

School Science Fair will be Wednesday, Feb. 15^th. 

If you have items for the family that lost a child and their home who is related to Mr. Mathews, please bring them to the office.

February 6-10

6^th Grade Parents,

                We are so excited about having our Valentines Party on Friday, February 10^th. We are asking each student to bring in $2.00 by Thursday to cover the charge of pizza. They also need to bring a Valentine for each student.  We have 17 students in the class.  Also, if we could get a few volunteers to bring sweets, plates and napkins.  Please email me if you would like to volunteer to bring something. Each student needs to bring a drink on Friday for lunch.  Thank you so much for your support.

**Winners of the SGA Can Food Drive are:  K4-6^th grade – Both 6^th grade classes did an exceptional job. Mrs. Sanders’s class had 254 while Mrs. Powell’s class had a whopping 296.  WAY TO GO 6th GRADE!!!!

Since Valentines Day falls on a Tuesday this year, we will be having our party on Friday, February 10^th. 

We wanted to let our parents know so they can make plans concerning their child’s Valentine cards this weekend. 

We will send another note home on Monday about the details of the party.
